Features Include
- Minimizes the locking and reinforcement needed to strengthen the door to pass rigorous wind load testing.
- Fewer friction points and less additional weight results in a door that operates better and still yields greater strength than any other available to the self storage industry.
- Meets the requirements of ASCE 7 (American Society of Civil Engineers). The ASCE Standard is used in the Florida Building Code and the International Building Code.
- Applicable opening sizes range from 3′ wide through 10′ wide, with the maximum height being 10′.
- Locking device may be located on the curtain or the bottom bar.
- Doors may be installed on steel, concrete, or filled block jambs.
- Higher wind load ratings are available for certain sizes and can be determined on an individual basis.

- Pre-Lubricated Springs During production, springs are factory-lubricated and enclosed in a tube to protect them from the environmental elements.
- Dead Axle & Barrel Assembly An enclosed spiral barrel houses the dead axle assembly and offers durability and smoother operation as weight is distributed throughout the barrel.
- Ratchet Tensioning Device Allows you to simultaneously fine-tune springs due to the eight different positions on the tension wheel, which provides equal pull on the left and right sides to ensure balanced operation of the door.
- 24-gauge Corrugated Door Curtain Manufactured from galvanized grade 80 steel and coated with super durable polyester paint, available in white only.
- Metal Windlocks 11-gauge provides strength and security. Windlocks do not come in contact with guides during normal door operation.
- Insulated version is available. Side and top draft stops are included.

Features Include
Good for door replacements and new construction.
- TWO 9-gauge security clips that extend fully into the guide.
- Firmly anchored with 14-gauge support angles screwed into the floor for enhanced stability and support.
- Roll-formed clear acrylic coated galvanized steel reinforced bottom bar a 1-1/2” x 2” x 12-gauge full-width galvanized angle. Lift handle(s) installed on exterior side of bottom bar with interior stop clips.

Each of these models is created with 26 gauge galvanized steel and available in over 30 paint colors (to include lead-free options), backed by a 40-year limited paint warranty (excluding the 850 series which is 24 gauge steel and available in Satin White only). The brackets, gears, chains and tensioners are also located all in one place on the doors, so you won’t have to struggle through a complicated adjustment process.
The swing doors are a great option if you’re running low on space. Each swing door features X-bracing technology to prevent both flexing and door racking. They also meet the ADA requirements for self-storage facilities, arrive on your doorstep pre-assembled for easy installation, and open 180 degrees.
